Description
Eudaimonics: Happiness IntelligenceHave you ever wondered why some people seem to live fulfilling and happy lives, while others constantly struggle with stress and dissatisfaction? In Eudaimonics: Happiness Intelligence, Warner Jiménez explores how to cultivate a full, serene, and happy life, even in the face of life’s greatest challenges.
Inspired by the wisdom of Aristotle, Stoic philosophy, and the experiences of great historical and contemporary figures, Jiménez introduces the concept of Eudaimonics: an inherent intelligence that we all possess but rarely develop. This capacity guides us toward a healthier, longer, and more satisfying life, built on the essential habits practiced by the happiest people in the world.
Through his personal journey—from chronic stress caused by significant adversities to personal reinvention in the pursuit of happiness—Jiménez invites us to embrace practices like mindful breathing and meditation, which he has practiced since his youth, along with the development of transformative habits. With the 22 essential habits illustrated by inspiring drawings created by the author, this book provides practical tools to take control of your life and achieve the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being you deserve.
Eudaimonics is not just a book; it is a practical and simple guide to discovering the meaning and purpose of life—happiness. Perfect for those seeking to transform their lives and connect with the Intelligence of Happiness. Are you ready to begin the journey toward your best possible life?

About the author
Warner Jiménez is a mechanical engineer with a Master's degree in Management and a Certificate in Marketing from the London College of International Business Studies. As the founder of companies such as Happierbits, Happiness Nation Club and TelAyuda, he has dedicated himself to inspiring and improving people's well-being, researching for more than 20 years on the habits of the happiest and most successful people in history. Jiménez was the only opposition mayor in Maturín, capital of Monagas state, Venezuela, in the last 20 years, and faced intense political persecution that forced him to leave his country, causing high chronic stress for several years, so this experience led him to deeply explore the impact of stress and the search for happiness. His innovative approach on "Eudaimonics, the Intelligence of Happiness" combines ancient wisdom, such as Stoic and Aristotelian philosophy, with modern practices such as meditation, yoga and conscious breathing that he has practiced since he was 18 years old. In his book Eudaimonics, the Intelligence of Happiness, Jiménez presents 22 habits of the most successful and happy personalities in history, with inspiring drawings made by himself, which seek to help readers achieve a fuller, more serene and happier life.
